With over 20 years experience in real estate development and brokerage Paul has worked in every aspect of the industry. Early in his career Paul cut his teeth while working for a national commercial brokerage firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. While working with national retailers to identify targeted trade locations, Paul grew to understand leasing, Net Investments, and land development. Paul would take this experience and transition into private development and Asset Management. While focusing on development, Mr. Ugenti continues to identify opportunities to strengthen the Tandem asset base while creating value in complicated properties.
